- Annie Mae Slay Renfrow, 105, died Mar 26, 2001 at Lakeland Nursing Home in Jackson.
Mrs. Renfrow taught school in Avalon and Crystal Springs and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jackson. She was the widow of William Cary Parker and Stevens A. Renfrow.
Graveside services were Mar 28 at Crystal Springs Cemetery.
Survivors are sons; William Cary Parker Jr. of Florence; stepsons, Kenneth Renfrow of Clinton and Steve Ray Renfrow of Miami, Fl.; sisters, Ruth Anderson of Burlington, NC; Estelle Mehlhop of Carlsbad, Ca; Grace Rogers of Merriville, TN.; and Georgia Milam of Tampa Fl.; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Annie Mae Slay Renfrow of Jackson, 105, died March 26 at Lakeland Nursing Home.
Graveside services were March 28 in Crystal Springs City Cemetery. Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Mrs Renfrow attended M S C W and taught school in Avalon and Crystal Springs. She retired from the state of Mississippi where she served as a secretary. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson for many years. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Cary Parker and Stevens A Renfrow.
Survivors include; son, William Cary Parker Jr, of Florence; step-sons, Kenneth Renfrow of Clinton and Steve Ray Renfrow of Miami; sisters, Ruth Anderson of Burlington, NC, Estelle Mehlhop of Carlsbad, Calif, Grace Rogers of Merriville, Tenn and Georgia Milam of Tampa, Fla; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
