  Services for Max W McCain, 79, of Daingerfield will be held at 2 pm today, December 12, 2001, at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev John Coleman officiating. Burial in Daingerfield Cemetery will be under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Mr McCain was born April 19, 1919, in Daingerfield. He died Monday, Dec 10, 2001, in Daingerfield. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Kiawanis Club, a past councilman for the City of Daingerfield and a past member of the Housing Authority Board. He was the owner and operator of McCain Cleaners and McCain Men's Wear and Rena's Fashions. Survivors include his wife, Rena McCain of Daingerfield; two sons, Danny McCain and his wife, Annette, of Daingerfield and David Keith McCain and his wife, Barbara, of Gladewater; his daughter, Angela McCain Lanagan and her husband, David, of Sugar Land; one brother Rex McCain of Daingerfield; two sister,s Mary Alice Northam of Daingerfield and Ruby Faye Lee of Longview; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
